Shipping is carried out from one of our operational locations in Switzerland, the European Union, or the United Arab Emirates.

The shipping method is selected based on the value of the goods, destination, and security requirements.

2.1 Standard Courier Shipping

For products up to a defined value threshold, shipping is carried out via specialized courier service providers.

2.2 Security Courier (High-Value Shipping)

For higher-value goods, PREDELUXE reserves the right to ship exclusively via a specialized security courier.

  • Discreet transportation handling
  • Individual appointment scheduling

The decision to use a security courier is at the sole discretion of PREDELUXE.

2.3 Personal Collection or Handover

Customers may arrange a personal collection or handover by prior appointment.

The availability of this option depends on the product and location.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

For international shipments, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are to be borne by the buyer.

4. Transfer of Risk

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods transfers only upon delivery of the goods to the buyer or a recipient designated by the buyer.

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the product and destination and are indicated during the ordering process.

For high-value shipments, delivery times may be extended due to additional security measures.

For high-value transactions, PREDELUXE may require identity verification for security or legal reasons.
