Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send a clear declaration by email to:

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price of the goods.
Shipping costs to the customer (in particular express, insured, or special shipping services) will not be refunded.
The direct costs of returning the goods or personal return shall be borne entirely by the buyer.
The refund will be processed after successful receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Returns & Return Conditions
The goods must be returned within fourteen (14) days after the withdrawal has been declared to the return address specified by PREDELUXE.
Returns are made at the buyer’s risk and expense.
Condition of Goods Upon Return
A withdrawal is only possible if:
- the product is unworn,
- it is in exactly the same condition as at the time of delivery,
- all components (box, documents, accessories) are complete,
- the security seal applied by PREDELUXE remains intact and has not been removed or damaged.
If the security seal is removed, tampered with, or damaged, the product shall be deemed accepted and the right of withdrawal is excluded.
For high-value luxury goods, a full authenticity and condition inspection will be carried out upon return.
Compensation for Loss in Value
If the product shows signs of use, alterations, or damage exceeding what is necessary to examine its nature and characteristics, PREDELUXE reserves the right to claim compensation for loss in value or to refuse the return.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- individually customized or personalized products,
- sealed goods where the security seal has been removed or damaged after delivery,
- special agreements made outside the online shop.
